Second book in the Brokenhearted series. There is a new player that is taking the place of the Syndicate. They call themselves the Invisible and are determined to level the scales between the north and south sides of Bedlam. While their goals and ideals seem to be positive, their actions are deadly and damaging. Anthem takes on the responsibility of stopping the Invisible.

Side note, Ford is still slowly recovering from his gunshot wound. Anthem really thinks he is going to die, so she enlists the help of Dr. Jax.

Feels like Batman vs. Joker. I really liked this follow-up. It read better than the first.
