The Will and the Wilds by Charlie N. Holmberg
2.0
I love Charlie Holmberg’s books, but this one was disappointing. It’s definitely a sweet romance book with some fantasy thrown in. I wanted more fantasy with some romance. Although I did really enjoy the fact that kisses have a very dangerous price!
One of my problems with this book is that it was very repetitive. I wish that Maekallus’s leash were longer, and that Enna found out about the stone sooner.
My main problem though was that the ending was so anti climactic! Nothing happens for a good portion of the book, but then just when things get interesting, the mysting problem is solved way too quickly.
