Everything's Coming Up Rosie by Courtney Walsh

Did not finish book. Stopped at 25%.

I got to 25%, and I’m just not enjoying any aspect of the book so far and don’t want to force it and be grumpy about it. I’ll mention a few of the things that were in my notes thus far. 

In my first impression, I wasn’t loving Rosie. She was a bit annoying for me in the 25% that I read. The way she was lying to her friends, and the way she preformed to be silly. She’s supposed to be quirky but mostly it just made me cringe everytime she did some shenanigan. She felt like a caricature to me. 

There’s an early mention of adult mean girls. I feel like this is a thing Courtney puts in her books sometimes, and I just don’t love it. 

Booker is introduced and I immediately was getting an instalove vibe with him and Rosie.
