A highly competitive field with unhinged female characters? Sign me the eff up. It's the "good for her" meme in book format. I've read books featuring ballet before so a lot of the terms were familiar to me but none of it would alienate readers who are unfamiliar especially if you love a good story about teen girls giving in to their dark side and monsters who grant corrupt wishes. Very Black Swan-esque and the narrator, Kristolyn Lloyd did an amazing job putting in emotion into the dialogue.
