This one caught my eye over on Amazon and now I've ended up with most of the authors other books. Can't beat finding a new author. The simple cover and the short blurb on the front caught my eye. This was brilliantly written a spooky, dark, deadly, twisted, clever and haunting young adult story.
I bloody loved it! I was dragged in. 10 teens on a remote island for a weekend full of parties where noone knows where they are... That was their first mistake noone knew they were there. The second mistake? Ever believing they were there for parties and fun. Straight from the first night wierd things and situations start to happen and from then you're trapped. 10 soon becomes 9... 9 soon becomes 8... All while a massive storm is happening around them.
Who is doing this? Who is next? Will any of them survive? Seriously gripping, thrilling, tense an edge of your seat read. I don't want to say much more about the story itself but its very clever, cunning and all planned down to a T. Crafty. The outcome I never saw...
Do you want to know what happened that weekend? Reckon you would survive? Reckon you will figure it out? Dive in and find out... I really enjoyed it. A well deserved four stars from me. I cannot wait to read the rest of thid authors books now if they're as good as this. Highly recommend.
