Atomic Habits: An Easy & Proven Way to Build Good Habits & Break Bad Ones by James Clear

5.0

This book was honestly life changing. Many references were made to concepts from Scott Adam's "How to Fail at Almost Everything and Still Win Big", which I had previously read. Being able to recall previously learned concepts definitely helped drive the ideas into my memory, and emphasized the concept of setting systems instead of goals. The layout of habit formation was very helpful, and I plan to use it to instill some new habits in my own life.
