I was surprised by how much I liked this book. She basically reviews all the body systems, talked about health and wellness in a reasonable, inspiring way. Written primarily for women and their body systems.

Because her overview and encouragement was healthy, I might reread this when I need to remember the importance of sleep, veggies, and water (among all the things).

If you want a good overview, maybe start here! Disclaimer that the sections where she explains all the muscles ..I didn’t get as much out of that. But if I read the book instead of listening, maybe I’d like it better.
