funnily enough i read this before reading the original grishaverse trilogy which is HILARIOUS bc i didnt know wtf was going on who is alina starkov????? but this made me love zoya so maybe it wasn't a bad thing. im very glad nina is moving on but im not really over

matthias fucking DYING and her carrying his body back to his home to bury him seriiously dude i have an insane emotional trigger for pets being abandoned bc of owner death. thats the only thing i remember vividly from this book goodbye i dont even care about matthias himself that much

nikolai was ok i guess
