I Am Alice: Body Swap in Wonderland Vol. 1 by Ayumi Kanou

So, I haven’t read manga in years, but I was recently killing some time in the library and picked up the first two volumes of I Am Alice for some easy holiday reading. The gender essentialism is, as expected, a little much, but there’s enough hints that they might do something more to keep me reading into the next one. I also think the character designs are quite nice. So far, they’re not doing anything particularly interesting with the Wonderland mythology, but we’ll see where they’re going, particularly with Tweedledum and Tweedledee.
