I really enjoyed how detailed this short story was! It made you feel like you were in the house with Jack and Anna. Was Anna really there or was she a figure of his imagination??
My favorite line: “There was a hint of venom in her voice, enough to make it sting, not enough to kill - not yet. She would do it slowly, dripping her poison little by little. Then her victim would be dead before they even realized it.”
