This was a hauntingly beautiful book. 

The way the story is written and the way the plot lines and interconnected stories are written made me very happy while reading this book.

This book was more like it belonged in Grimm fairy tales and it was seriously awesomely written at some places!!

I just wished for more depth. The story had so much potential but I understand that it's a middle grade book so ...
