I received an advanced copy of "The Christ Centered Home" through Goodreads First Reads giveaways.
Originally, I was going to read this as intended, much like a devotional - but felt I should get my review out there before it hit the shelves. (Which I'm a little late on, but not as bad as if I were to read through it on the intended timeline).
From start to finish I found the book to be inspirational, touching, and simplistic. Let me start by saying when I say simplistic I mean it in a good way. Many times I find these types of books to be so bogged down with filler you miss the point or are not challenged to apply it to practice. I felt it was very easy to incorporate the lessons into everyday life and focus on bringing my home and family more centered on God - Which is anyone who would think of picking up this books intention.
I read through to the end of the book before writing the review and will now go back and practice it with intention.
