I don't anticipate I will read a more impactful book this year. Fiona shares so eloquently and openly about her experiences. I work as an audiologist in Australia, and the passages on her exchanges with some health professionals challenged me greatly. I felt myself cringing and even occasionally feeling attacked - and for that I am thankful. Fiona's words acted as an overdue mirror and wake up call. 5 stars
