This was a really cute book. This is the FOURTH variation of the exact same “expert brooding man in his field meets cute quirky upcoming girl in field” in an Ali Hazelwood book, but whatever. I’m not saying it always eats but i ALWAYS enjoy her writing style. i liked both characters and i felt like they had good chemistry. I was this close to slapping this girl’s family tho… But yea. Cute book. This is the first romance book I’ve read this year so far and it was definitely a great choice. Thanks Mary for letting me borrow it!
