Sing You Home by Ava Hunter

3.0

Sing you home. this book wasn't my cup of tea... I gave it a shot cause I read Nashville star #2 Find you again and I really enjoyed it. I usually don't go for cowboy romance books but I tried and gave it a shot. This story its about Sal mainly, how she was in an accident and lost her memory. After she is taken and kept away from her family for months, she is finally found by Luke's brother Seth and she is finally home. Sal it's trying to remember and Luke its trying to protect her at all cost, even from her own memories.

In this story I didn't have a favorite character, it kind of catch me the story but not for the characters, if I have to go for one I would say it was Sal. Sal has a really strong character with so much kindness but at the same time so much fire. I really liked that about her and the fact that at the beginning cause she didn't know it she was struggling but deep down she just knew it. The she found out about woh she really was she just rise again and bloom, yeah she did have her ups and downs, but how doesn't. So Luke here had me in a crossroad through the hole book. I did like him being overprotective but not so much being overbearing. I felt that sometimes he suffocated Sals character and kept her from growing. Yes he was his rock and he was there through thick and thin but sometimes I felt that he was being overbearing because of his guilt which it not just for me.

Something I did love about the story it was the little suspense that it had. I just wanted for somethings to keep happening and it didn't and I feel that when the time was right it did. There were some scenes that were well written, with just the write amount of detail in need. Particularly the sad and spicy scenes. Sad scenes had me almost crying, I just wanted to feel better and give all of that to Sal and Luke. Spicy scenes had just the right amount of hotness, made you feel it and just want for more but kept you satisfy.

The book did have me frustrated at some parts, it general the secrets kept had me frustrated and sometimes I just wanted to stop reading it. At the end you just kind of figure it out what is going to happen then it happens and there are so many emotions, one of them being frustrations and just want to say "told you so".

The book overall I did enjoy reading it, its not going to become one of my favorites but it nice to read, you can finish it on one day and it a different kind of romance being a hot and nice cowboy. I would recommend this book for people that really likes cowboy romance and a nice cute read. I would not be reading love you always which is a continuation of their story and keep myself happy just loving Find you again.
