the writing is one of the best I've ever read, possibly the best. Jane Austen has stood the test of time for a reason. The book deserves 10/5 stars for the amazingly eloquent prose.
However, I just couldn't ever get into the story. It felt like a victorian reality TV show to me. Please, no one hurt me for my unpopular opinion.
