Cambridge Guide to Schema Therapy by Remco van der Wijngaart, Robert N. Brockman, Christopher Hayes, Matthew Smout, Susan Simpson

informative slow-paced

5.0

Cambridge Medicine is working at publishing Cambridge Guides to numerous validated therapies. This is the schema therapy guide. The design of the book states it is designed for clients through to therapists. As someone who is both I still found it more helpful in understanding being someone who works in the therapy space. Breaking down numerous aspects of what the different schemas are, the modes, what they look like, through to the experiential techniques, supervision for therapists and more. Detailed and helpful, I could not recommend this more highly for those working at learning and training in schema therapy!
