Amazing research on the importance of sleep to both mental and physical health, the possible link between sleep and diseases like Alzheimer’s and Cancer, the differences in REM and non REM sleep, etc. I learned soooo much, and have taking to afternoon naps. ....Because who wouldn’t want to have 20-40% more memory recall and a sharper mind:)
