The Bookshop on the Corner by Jenny Colgan

2.5 / 3 stars
The best part of this book was the main character's best friend. It was very Hallmark small town and then I did not like the romance at all—in fact this whole book was just like the other one I read by the author (little beach bakery) just baking swapped for books and an island swapped for small-town Scotland. That being said, it was a breezy light read. I just don't think I will read this author again as her books seem way too formulaic.
