It took me four years to start this book and then I finished it within four days! Typical :D
This was fun! It’s a super fast paced fantasy with a VERY SLOW BURN romance! Also enemies to lovers!
I enjoyed this book, I’m not sure yet if I’m going to continue the series because it didn’t grip me as much as I would have liked, and the story is very different to what I expected but I still recommend giving this book a try if the summary seems interesting to you ^^
Issues I had with the book:
It was very fast paced, and sometimes I felt like things were rushed too much! I love fast pacing but this seemed like it was a bit too fast and there wasn’t enough conversation between characters, it’s kinda just skipped.
Only one POV; it would have been awesome to have different POVs like Kerrick or Belen, and I’m very used to multiple POVs so I felt like having only Avry was a bit boring D:
