NOTE: BE CAREFUL READING THIS IF YOU HAVE A PAST WITH ED/CALORIE COUNTING/DYSMORPHIA. it took me years to break free of that mindset and so it felt weird to be put back into it so well and immersively which is a little triggering so just be careful and practice self love while reading
