The Legacy of Boone Wilson

This was a good western romance and I really enjoyed the commitment to the writing style. It transported me to the Old West and felt very immersive. The imagery was good and descriptive so I was able to clearly visualize what was going on. At times, the story felt a little repetitive but I really enjoyed the characters and the journey was as wild as the Wild West, with lots of emotion and an underlying theme of hope when life feels hopeless. There was also a strong message of the bonds of family, both blood and chosen, that was an excellent support to the story. If you’re a fan of historical fiction, especially that set in the west with some light romance mixed in, you may really like this!
