📌“You’re it for me.”

📌“There was always something that ached at the back of my mind every time I thought of you”“You thought of me?”
“How could I not think of you?”

📌“You really are my match. Signed and sealed.”

📌“There was a part of me that always knew it. I felt you like a piece that had gone missing.”

Hold me not only until morning. Hold me forever. That’s what this book sang to me since page 1 and that’s what I promise to do. Because it has a part of me that I didn’t know existed. Because Cody and Hailey and Maddie wrecked my heart in all the good ways that matter. They know all the important things about me. And I will know them long before I reached the end.

I love every single one of this band of brothers. But I honestly thought Ryder was it for me. Nobody could possibly touch him way up there. Ah! Sweet summer child, I knew nothing. Cody. Cody is it. Cody who made so many mistakes when he was young. Cody who should have known better. But also Cody who did do better. Cody who gave everything to those he loved. Cody who knew… some things are worth it.

Hails bells, you’re a Goddess among women.

Thank you so much @aljacksonauthor and @valentine_pr_ for this ARC and for such a perfect book that consumed all my minutes.
