Saga of the Swamp Thing by Alan Moore
5.0

I've known about Swamp Thing almost as long as I've known about Sandman, I think, because Neil Gaiman often mentions Alan Moore and, well, Swamp Thing, but I never thought to read it until I saw some excerpts. And was intrigued.
Now that I've read the volume that collects the first couple of issues of Alan Moore's run, I'm more than intrigued. His way of story-telling, his way of phrasing things, of seeing things, is so impressive. I can't wait to read more of this. (Although of course I have to because I broke my self-imposed rule of not starting with any 'new' series until I haven't at least caught up/completed some of the ones I'm already reading. Comics: something I will never run out of.)
