Hysterical and Spicy

We're back in the town of Shipwreck, Virginia in this book and it feels like I've come home. Hello crazy goats chilling on the table. Hello salty parrot screeching through the window. Hello donut shop and pirate, Pop. I've missed you all.

Tillie Jean has been flirting with Max for 4 years. Max doesn't like it. Max plays baseball with Tillie Jean's brother, Cooper, and as such she's off limits. But, there was this one incident that happened when they first met and neither one can get it out of their heads...but it's made Max a grouchy bear and Tillie the woman with a stick. Poke!

Winter break arrives and Max ends up renting the house next to Tillie back in Shipwreck which leads to all sorts of hilarious encounters. Max hates Tillie Jean's flirtatious banter and wacky antics, but the reasons behind his feelings are complicated. And Tillie just wants to be annoying to both Max and her brother...or does she? Max is hot and underneath his grouchy exterior is a man to admire, a man to impress.

If you've not read Pippa before, I hope my reviews will inspire you to give her a try. Her sense of humor is ridiculous and the spice factor is
