Quicksilver, to me, was a story with so much potential. I was really into it and I loved the characters and the story. I do think the ending got heavy with too many different tropes and our fmc became absolutely overpowered. I will definitely be reading book two, but I am just a tad wary of how it’s going to follow that ending. Carrion Swift is among my favorite side-characters I’ve read this year, however. I’m so hoping he has a large role in book two.
