The second book started to lose me with all the mythological stuff but I thought this book pulled everything together really well! Loved the extras too, mostly cute and silly but also really put Shen Wei’s pain into perspective 💔 I only wish we got more of Guo Changcheng and Chu Shuzhi, their dynamic was so unexpectedly wholesome and I couldn’t get enough of it.
