I hated every single character in this book. Truly did not like a single one of them. Not much happened plot wise, and I was like why am I even reading this. Yet I finished most of it in a day, and am now like hmm wonder if the second book is about Nicolai. I don’t know. Make of that what you will. It doesn’t make sense to me, but here I am.
