Conflicted on this one. I still enjoy the story overall, but I've discovered that I hate Yennefer specifically. I found her so obnoxious that if the third short story in the collection had also featured her so prominently, I think I might have DNF'd the book. But the subsequent story had the same charm I'd liked from the first book, and Ciri was a delight. Such a delight that I'm inclined to continue on with the story despite Yennefer.
