This is a decent low level reference for weather. There are a lot of times when concepts are referenced before they have been explained (as in, they are in a later section). This text was too basic for me, but is more so an introduction to weather. There is a heavier focus on history and environmental applications than I expected. I didn't get much use out if this text, but maybe someone else could.
