I am sitting here absolutely stunned, wondering what on earth I just read. This book is nothing short of mind-blowing.

After hearing so many rave reviews, I was hesitant to pick it up. I worried it couldn’t possibly live up to the hype. I delayed and delayed, but I finally caved and got it on Kindle. From the moment I started, I was hooked. I couldn’t stop thinking about it, even at work. Desperate to keep going while multitasking, I hunted down an audiobook version, and when I saw it on Audible, I used my last credit without hesitation.

And wow!!!!what an experience. This story is a masterclass in tension, trauma, and the unexpected. The way it explores victims and survival is utterly haunting, and the twists had me gasping out loud. It’s gripping, unrelenting, and left me questioning everything by the end. I can’t stop thinking about it, even now. If you’re on the fence about this one, don’t wait just read it. You’ll be stunned too.
