Worst. Detective. Ever. I saw from a mile away that

Ivan's boss was lying and putting him in danger (Ivan had just shot and killed an armed suspect hours before his boss sent him undercover without back-up, defense, or resources) and that Parker was being set up by his friend (while not completely TSTL Parker's pretty close)

There's only a 12 year age difference (34/22), but a large difference in experience.
