Liked it more than I thought I would. It's a Christmas horror, a sci-fi horror - both of which may seem intriguing and delicious to horror lovers. And it's a perfect winter read. I was surprised that in such a short span of time the author could create deep connection and sympathy in the reader's mind for the characters. It was a tiny bit emotional in places and the right amount of disturbing. I loved the ending.
