The story had an interesting take on ghosts and mediums. The characters were sometimes challenging to appreciate. If someone has a doctorate in psychology, it seems like they would be better at conflict resolution and communication. The law enforcement procedures were very questionable. I was entertained by the narration and the case. The audiobook is entertaining enough that I am curious about the next book.
