Where do I even begin with this book? I won’t lie, I picked it up because it was short and I wanted a short read but holy hell. I want to recommend this book to everyone. Every progressive who has ever insisted that #JewsDon’tCount, every person who claims to stand for freedom - unless that freedom is for the Jews, everyone on Twitter who feels entitled to know every Jew’s opinion on Palestine. This book should be mandatory reading before you’re allowed to sign up for a Twitter account.
Graphic: Racial slurs, Racism, War, Antisemitism, and Genocide
Throughout, this book touches on a lot of themes of antisemitism and racism, and what that means to different people. It calls upon recent (and not so recent) instances of these bigotries, which are challenging to read.
