I love Sam and the amount of love he still has for Piper. Anytime he is declaring his feelings he does with such conviction. LOL at Nova and his impeccable way of spilling the beans on his sister. The relationships between everyone was an amazing part of this story. From family to friends and the romantic ones, there’s so many great pictures of love in this story. That epilogue was chefs kiss for this book and the characters. Sam is extremely swoon worthy all through this book but the ending was his prime swoon moment.
Thorns:
Piper in the beginning of this story was coming off annoying. I get she was out of the loop on Sam and her family back to being as close as they were but that was all herself doing. I didn't like that she was acting all woe is me. I also didn’t like that it took Piper so long to be likable. I was finally into her when she started being honest and actually living by what she wanted instead of avoiding it.
