Only giving it 1.5 stars because the twist truly surprised me but overall it was uncomfortable to listen to: see content warnings. None of the characters are likeable by any means. And honestly the more I try to think about the plot and how the twist plays out it starts to fall apart and not make sense how the events could play out the way they did. I don’t think I’ll be reading more from this author.
