I thought that Kingmakers were my favourite thing I've read by this author. Well, I'm here to tell you that this has overtaken that right to the top of the list. Best SL book I've ever read. And I have a feeling There Is No Devil will be better. I currently can't see how, but I know. I'm not going to spoil this. Or really say anything about it plot wise because I want you to go into it as blind as I did (which is completely because I trust Ms. Lark enough to do that) and experience the intensity, the emotion, the journey. But it's gonna be worth the tension. I swear. Every character feels real and fleshed out, the suspense bleeds off the page and I'm desperate for part two. I'm waiting and begging everyone to READ THIS BOOK. I volunteered to read and review an early copy of this. All opinions are my own.
