Overall I enjoyed the book. However I liked supporting characters more than two main ones - Daniel and Julian. I didn't really get why everyone and their mother were so infatuated with them. I think both of them were quite bland.
There were also some melodramatic plot twists, but they're entertaining!
Loved the atmosphere of mystery and descriptions of Barcelona the Sorcereress though!
