This could have easily been 5 stars if Colleen would just cut the cheesy crap and be the great writer I know she can be!!! I almost stopped reading this book a few times at the start. It was so bad. So so bad with unrealistic cheese.
And then the shit hit the fan and I was hooked. I fell in love with Ryle. I was on the edge of my seat anxiously awaiting the next journal entry. It’s been probably 10,15 years since I’ve stayed up late to finish a book. I’m writing this at 3:30am. Devastating.
As much as you annoyed me in the beginning Colleen, thanks for giving Lilly the ending she needed.
