A Distant Mirror: The Calamitous 14th Century by Barbara W. Tuchman

I can't believe I finally finished this! I don't even know how long I was reading the audiobook - I just kept checking it out from the library. I'm in awe of this book - while it definitely didn't keep me engaged throughout, I always found it listenable, and I liked following various threads, especially the history of Judiasm during this time (which was mostly disturbing). Also, what a great title.
