yeah this sucks what else is new. there are a few funny highlights but we all know that this a frankly terrible ending to a rollercoaster of a series with atronomically high highs and horrendously low lows. I don't have much to say about this book that hasn't already been said so I will just say my fave and least favourite things:
least fave: totally anticlimactic final battle scene. I swear to god the battle lasted like 5mins and I feel like the camp halfblood stuff was not that exciting :// like I literally don't have much to actually critique cause there wasn't anything there😭😭
fave: really really loved the nico, reyna and hedge plotline and I really hope we get to see more of reyna in future series. I really love her relationship with her sister and learning more about her backstory is just heartbreaking but a love it. also, they visit a roman temple ruin and a bone chapel in a small city in portugal called evora which I spent a spent a week in in 2023! so cool cause they walked from the temple to the chapel and I could picture the walk iny head, so awesome! I have enclosed photos :))
