I am so glad we got to catch up with Marguerite and see what she was doing in life. Her romance with Shane was interesting, and the storyline overall had a lot of world building going on. I think Wren might’ve been my favorite addition in this book, she was hilarious.

I personally wanted more closure in this book so there better be more coming later because we still don’t know what Piper saw of how the Saint of Steel died and now I NEED to know what happens to Judith too

The narration was great, except the shmexy stuff because his Marguerite voice/moan just made me laugh, couldn’t take it seriously at all 😂
