Okay so I might not be completely caught up on the entire Bella-verse but but but I fell in love with Maddox Beneventi while reading Teasing and am here to say I didn’t think anyone would top Maverick for me but Maddox Madman Beneventi did just that.
This was a story full of angst, longing, and tension and I was here for all of it.
Lennon is the princess of Elowyn and has been engaged to a duke. Her whole life, she’s been taught to uphold the duty that is expected of her even if there’s parts of that life she no longer wants.
Maddox Beneventi the dark prince of Kroydon Hills. He’s used to fighting for what he wants and what he wants he usually gets but not with Lennon, with her he follows instead of leads. He’s been good, he’s kept his promise until one night he sees Lennon again and all bets are off.
I absolutely loved the way that Maddox and Lennon were friends who were both pining for the other only hiding their feelings because they both believed they could never be together. The way they both knew the other better than anyone else was chef kiss perfection.
I won’t say too much more about the plot of this book because I want everyone to experience it on their own but I loved this book so much. From page one I was hooked on these two and couldn’t put the book down till I was finished with their story and I’m so incredibly excited for what’s to come next in the Bella Verse.
