First Class Murder by Robin Stevens
4.0
I really liked this book. It had a good opening and a unique narrative style, which I really liked. I loved trying to figure out the culprit, and I actually did it, so I would call this book slightly predictable. It was similar to Murder on the Orient Express (at least for the first half), but then it ventured out on its own. I'm glad about this because it would have been predictable (or more so than it was) and possibly boring, but it certainly had a spectacular twist at the end. This book was dramatic and fun with good characters. It had a good end which left you wanting to read the next book. If I were to change one thing, it would be to change the basis from the Orient Express to another train, because in my opinion the Orient Express made very little effect to the plot. I would recommend this book to anyone above the age of 9, and certainly anyone who loves boarding school/1930s themes and murder mysteries. Great book, I loved it!
