2.5. This isn’t a hockey romance, it’s a romance where the guy plays hockey sometimes. It really focused more on her music career.

The beginning started off strong but it really lacked towards the end It just felt sooo long and I know romance books are kinda sappy but this was like cringe worthy level of cheesy by the end. Also, super unrealistic characters. They had like no flaws and it made it so boring. I just skimmed the spicy scenes because they were just not it. I was so happy when it was finally over. There were some good parts, but not enough.

Aside from the sex scenes, this felt like a romance for teenagers because it was just so surface level and corny and just kinda lame. I feel like these characters are the type of couple that would have a joint Facebook profile.
