The Rose Bargain
by Sasha Peyton Smith
I did not expect to enjoy this book as much. I finish in like 2 days.
So there is this otherworld fae queen that rules England. The book reminds me of Bridgeton times, with court intrigues and marriage season. There is a competition to win the hand of the fae prince - six girls are competing. The fae queen does bad trials with them, our FMC is the favorite but falls in love with the human brother. Her and our MMC have a plan to dethrone the queen, but for that she has to marry the fae prince. PLOT FUCKING TWIST, she marries the prince but he is motherfucker evil. The queen was not bad and now everyone is FUCKED. I thought this was a standalone but it is definitelly not. We will expect her to save her sister that is in the otherworld because the fae prince/king is a sicko that needed to marry both sisters. Also, she will probably save her MMC love, that was taken away by the fae prince/king guards. AND she will probably save everyone and dethrone the mean fae prince/king.
