These two. Devon and Maddox are not 25. I know the author told me they are 25, but in my head I pictured high school kids. That's the only way I could read this because they are super immature and juvenile. But the hate fucking is real and I loved it. So that's why they get the stars.

I'm pretty sure their brothers are having sex too but we'll see about that.

This is enemies to lovers, but still enemies-ish which is weird. There are triggers, so just be aware.

My main gripe, besides their immaturity, is the hygiene. πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»Just because someone is poor does not mean they are filthy. πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ» They can shower and have clean towels like wtf. The author repeatedly mentions dirty clothes, dirty fingernails, dirty towels, dirty hair, the filthy house, and it's like, yes they are poor. But they can be clean and poor. It's so demeaning.

I like the brothers, and the neighbors, and the tension with the dad. So I'll read the next one. It only took a few hours to read this so I might as well.
