One Hot Italian Summer by Karina Halle

2.0

I don't usually like to give low ratings because the appreciation of a book is very subjective, but this story is set in Italy and I'm Italian. Sorry.
Unfortunately Italians in this book have been misrepresented. Most of the Italian sentences/words are mispelled or wrong. There are improbable behaviours made look like normal because "Bella, we are in Italyā€¯. If we really did those things we would end up with a very hefty fine or in prison.
FYI when we take a picture we don't say "formaggio" to smile, we say cheese in English and
we don't usually have sex in the car by the side of a road in the middle of the day or give head in a gondola-lift in public
Besides the story was a bit boring, so I'm sorry but I can't give it more than two stars.
