I really liked the setting , I mean an HBCU campus of magical beings ? Super cool! I enjoyed the cast of characters as well. I could immediately tell the author low key has a type , dread heads ahah I would say this is adventurous , it at times is unclear of what the exact plot is , for instance I had no idea this was a murder mystery until the authors note at the end.

You spend the book getting to know the characters as things just happen on campus. Which the characters are entertaining themselves haha Enjoyable 👍
